Solution-dyed fabrics - Sasytex
For fabrics in black and ordered in large quantities, Sasytex offers fabrics made with solution-dyed yarns (truelock). This technology is achievable with synthetic materials: the yarn is pigmented during its extrusion. We are thus improving our environmental impact,
- by reducing water consumption by up to 80% and lower consumption of chemicals which limits our effluents sent to treatment plants,
- by reducing energy consumption and therefore CO2 emissions
The material is more durable with significantly better color fastness results. These results were compared with fabrics of the same quality in conventional dyeing.
